Sensitive to all issues related to the environment, Conservas CONDOR participates since 1998 in the Dolphin Safe Program sponsored by Earth Island Institute. Adherence to this program ensures that all CONDOR products are made from fish obtained through selective fishing gear that does not endanger the lives of dolphins.

In an effort to publicize its products worldwide, Conservas CONDOR in August 2006 obtained registration of its Mutriku factory by Food and Drugs Administration (FDA), this being the U.S. government agency responsible for food regulation.
Condor currently has a range of products, whose distribution in U.S. soil has been approved by FDA.
