Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar)

The Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) is a fish that lives in the cold, clean waters of the north Atlantic Ocean. It is an elongated fish with silvery skin, covered with small round scales and a fleshy fin between the dorsal fin and tail. Its average length is 45 cm and weighing 7 kg.

In terms of nutritional value, this blue fish is an excellent product.
